UNHCR holds copyright in information available on the Rights and Mapping Analysis Platform (hereinafter “RiMAP”), unless otherwise stated. The information presented is protected under relevant international conventions and under national laws on copyright.

RiMAP is made available to UNHCR staff and UNHCR partners as a tool providing legal information about domestic laws and policies regulating access to rights for refugees, asylum seekers, internally displaced and stateless persons. Extracts of the information in RIMAP may be reviewed, reproduced, or translated for internal use within UNHCR or partner organizations, for research or private study only, not for sale or commercial use, and should not be publicly released as representing UNHCR’s official position. Any use of information made available on RiMAP shall be accompanied by an acknowledgment of the source. Reproduction or translation of substantial portions of materials available on RiMAP, or any use other than those described above, require express, prior authorization in writing.
