Description
This Migration Law's Regulatory Decree puts into effect, with the exception of Articles 74 and 76 already regulated by Decrees 330/008 and 559/008, Uruguay’s Law No. 18.250 of 6 January 2008 on migration. It affirms that all migrants and their families possess an inalienable right to migrate without discrimination and establishes how the associated rights—such as access to health care, employment, social security, education, and matters of civil status—are to be guaranteed in practice.
