Description

The Council of provides that application for commercial registration of business shall be submitted by attaching certain documents with the application form including original and necessary copies of valid identity card or passport of the applicant. Such requirements of valid identity card or passport are difficult for refugees to meet. Article 9(3)(f) of the Regulation provides that a foreign investor is further required to produce his or her investment license and address of branch office, if any, for commercial registration for sole proprietorship.
