Description

This Regulation lays down the procedure for obtaining free legal aid, the method of disbursing costs and the fee schedule for legal aid services provided to applicants for international protection, asylum seekers and third-country nationals under subsidiary protection, as well as the criteria for determining sufficient financial means.
