Description

This Presidential Regulation was issued to put into effect Indonesia’s Law Number 37 of 1999 on Foreign Relations by creating a detailed, rights-based framework for how refugees arriving on land or at sea are to be identified, received, sheltered and protected in accordance with the country’s international obligations.
