Description

Pursuant to the powers under Article 114/2 of South Sudan Transitional Constitution 2011 amended 2015, and in accordance with S/43 (1) (2) of South Sudan Refugee Act 2012; the Minister of Interior issues this Ministerial Order No. 30/2019, to exclude Refugees from the aliens registration process.
