Description

The purpose of these Regulations is to provide for the establishment of a regulatory framework, to set out procedures, guidelines and formulate appropriate and necessary forms for Refugee application, grant or rejection of status certificate or any other relevant matter thereof. The provisions of these Regulations shall apply to all Refugees and asylum seekers defined under the Refugee Act, 2012, or other procedures otherwise required by the Minister for purposes of National Security or any other reasons he or she may deem necessary.
