Description
The Instruction from the Ministry of Interior of Albania establishes the procedures for registering refugees or individuals under subsidiary protection in the National Civil Registry (NCR) of Albania. It requires that refugees or those with subsidiary protection status, who have an approved residence permit, be registered in the 2010 NCR through data imported from the Electronic Register for Foreigners (FER).
