Description

The purpose of this law is to ensure regulation of the regime of entry, residence, employment in and exit from the Republic of Albania. The law stipulates the tasks and responsibilities of State authorities and other private and public entities, both Albanian and foreign, in accordance with the principle of the best interests of the child, the principle of the right to family life, the principle of non-refoulement, the principle of fair and transparent procedures and the principle of non-discrimination.
