Description

The Law lays down the conditions and procedures related to: a) granting of refugee status; b) subsidiary protection and temporary protection in the Republic of Albania; b) loss, cessation or revocation of international protection; c) rights and obligations of refugees, applicants for international protection, and persons under temporary and subsidiary protection; d) the content of refugee status and subsidiary protection; e) the right to family reunification; f) setting out the conditions for the integration of refugees and of persons under subsidiary protection in the Republic of Albania.
