Description

Decree 29/2013 of the Minister of Interior of 28 June on the rules of execution of asylum detention and bail establishes detailed rules for implementing asylum detention and bail in Hungary. It defines procedures for admission, accommodation, health care, rights, and restrictions of asylum-seekers in detention. It also regulates the amount, deposit, management, and release of asylum bail.
