Description

This Order approves the “Rules for Registration and Consideration of Applications for Granting Refugee Status” developed under Article 6(7) of Law No. 216-IV ZRK on refugees. Its purpose is to establish the procedure by which a person fleeing persecution may submit a written refugee-status application to the local executive authority.
