Description

This is the Act on temporary residence permit for persons who have assisted Danish authorities etc. in Afghanistan. The Act provides a special 2-year residence permit for individuals who supported Danish efforts in Afghanistan and were evacuated by Danish authorities. This includes interpreters, security personnel, and their families. The Act allows them to stay in Denmark without applying for asylum under the Aliens Act. The permits are initially temporary but can be extended.
