By virtue of the authority deriving from point 10 of Article 236 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 87 of the Organic Law of the Public Administration, the Council of Ministers is issuing the Regulations of the Organic Law on Refugees and Asylees.
