Description

The Regulations gives concrete effect to the Refugee Act by prescribing the detailed administrative procedures for all aspects of refugee status determination in Malawi: from the use of standard application forms and the 30-day decision deadline, through hearing and appeal processes, to the conditions for cancelling status and the issuance of convention travel documents.
