The OFPRA Decision of 2 July 2019 on organisational  modalities for the interview, implementing Article  L.723-6 Cesedaestablishes the modalities for organizing personal interviews with asylum seekers, in accordance with Article L.723-6 of the Code de l’entrée et du séjour des étrangers et du droit d’asile (CESEDA). This decision aims to ensure that the interview process is conducted fairly and transparently.
