The Decree No. 2019-81 of 6 February 2019 authorizing an automated processing of personal data called "Management of removal" (GESTEL) and amending the Code of Entry and Residence of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum, authorizes the implementation of an automated personal data processing system called “Gestion de l’éloignement” (GESTEL).
