Description

The law establishes a framework to ensure that foreign nationals and stateless persons in Georgia enjoy the same constitutionally guaranteed rights and freedoms recognized under international human rights principles. The law also seek to regulates the mechanisms for entry, stay, transit and departure of non-nationals into/in/through/from Georgia.
