This is the Decision of the Minister of Asylum and Migration no  131035/4.3.2022 “Application of temporary protection of  PD 80/2006 due to mass influx of displaced persons from Ukraine. It provides that all persons displaced by the military invasion—Ukrainian nationals, third-country nationals or stateless persons lawfully resident in Ukraine before that date, and their family members—are immediately entitled to twelve months of temporary protection in Greece .
