Description

This Federal Law establishes the comprehensive legal framework for the status of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation by defining key concepts (such as visas, temporary and permanent residence permits, work permits, and migration cards), regulating their entry, stay, registration, movement, and labour and other activities on Russian territory, and setting out their rights, duties, and the grounds for refusal, cancellation, or deportation.
