An Act to provide for compensation to workers for injuries suffered and scheduled diseases incurred in the course of their employment.
Selected provisions
Section 3(1) - Employer's liability
If personal injury by accident arises out of and in the course of a worker’s employment, the injured worker’s employer shall be liable to pay compensation in accordance with this Act.
