Article 59

ARTICLE 59: (1) The exit visa shall be issued, as the case may be, upon presentation of the following documents:
- exit authorization from the supervisory authority or mission warrant for aliens holding management positions in a public establishment or corporation.
- employee's caver letter, for employees of private enterprises;
- certificate of non-indebtedness issued by tax authorities;
- employer's exit authorization for contract employees.
(2) However, and at the request of judicial authorities or the
Ministers in charge of finance, the Supreme State Audit, labour and/or social security, posts and telecommunications, exit visas may be suspended for any alien in breach of the laws and regulations in force.
