Description
The Danish Nationality Act regulates access to Danish citizenship and its revocation. Citizenship can be obtained ex lege by fulfilling the criteria in the Act or by applying for naturalization as stated in Clause 44 of the Danish Constitutional Act. The Act does not regulate the requirements for naturalization by law; these are outlined in the circular letter on naturalization.
