Description

The Belgium's Constitution was enacted in 1831 with Amendments through 2021. It outlines the fundamental rights and freedoms applicable to all individuals.  Article 191 stipulates that a all foreigners on Belgian soil benefit from the protection provided to persons and property, except for those exceptions provided for by the law.
