Description
The Constitution is the supreme Law of Gambia and any other law found to be inconsistent with any provision of this Constitution shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void. The fundamental rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution ensure observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms for all, without distinction as to ethnic considerations, gender, language or religion.
