Description

The 1945 Constitution of Indonesia is the nation's supreme law, outlining government structure, citizen rights and duties, and state governance principles. The Indonesian Constitution recognizes foreign nationals as residents under Article 26, with citizenship and residency regulated by law. (2) Every person is entitled to be free from torture
or treatment that humiliates human dignity and be
entitled to the right to obtain political asylum from
another country.
