Description

The Constitution of Mauritius serves as the supreme law of the country, providing a framework for governance. Article 3 declares that in Mauritius, human rights and fundamental freedoms will exist without discrimination based on race, origin, political views, color, creed, or sex, while respecting the rights and freedoms of others and the public interest.
