Description

The Constitution of Monaco establishes that the country is a sovereign and independent state, in accordance with the general principles of international law and specific agreements with France. Its territory is inalienable. The executive power is vested in the high authority of the Prince. Article 32 establishes that foreigners enjoy all public and private rights that are not explicitly reserved for nationals.
