Description
The Constitution of Morocco establishes the country as a constitutional monarchy with a democratic, parliamentary. Article 30 grants foreigners under Moroccan jurisdiction the same fundamental freedoms as Moroccan citizens, in accordance with the law. The same article establishes that "The conditions of extradition and of granting of the right of asylum are defined by the law."
