Description
The aim of Act I of 2010 on the Civil Registry Procedure is to enforce the requirement of a service provider public administration in the civil status procedure, to ensure the efficient and modern operation of the basic state register by harmonising the traditions of the civil status system with the achievements of modern public administration, and to create an electronic civil status register.
