Description

The purpose of Act CXXII of 2019 on Entitlements to Social Security Benefits and on Funding These Services is to govern legal relationships within the framework of the social security system in harmony with the requirements consistent with independent liability and social solidarity, to define the obligations of employers and insured persons arising out of or in connection with the insurance relationship, the obligation of insured persons to enter the social security system, the payment obligations of employers and insured persons as their respective contribution to public revenues, and the scope of social security benefits provided.
