Description
The National Security Reform and Intelligence Act (2011) of Liberia was enacted to restructure the country’s security sector following years of instability. It defines the roles and responsibilities of key security institutions, including the National Security Agency (NSA), Liberia National Police (LNP), and Executive Protection Service (EPS). The Act also establishes County and District Security Councils to enhance local security coordination and early warning mechanisms.
