Description

This Community Resettlement and Reintegration Strategy provides a framework for the planning and
implementation of the RFTF for Cluster 3. The implementation of the RFTF key priority needs will
require concerted efforts from all stake holders. In addition, many of the structures related to
coordination and implementation of these activities may, and are likely to change, to keep pace with a
changing political and operational environment. It is intended then, that this document will be the first in
a series of documents related to return and resettlement that will provide policy guidance.
