(Unofficial translation) From the date of publication of this Decree with the Rank, Value and Force of Law in the Official Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, it will not be possible to carry out forced evictions or the dispossession of homes through coercion or duress against the subjects subject to protection indicated in this Decree-Law, without prior compliance with the special procedures established, for such purposes, in this Decree-Law.

A partir de la publicación del presente Decreto con Rango, Valor y Fuerza de Ley en Gaceta Oficial de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, no podrá procederse a la ejecución de desalojos forzosos o a la desocupación de viviendas mediante coacción o constreñimiento contra los sujetos objeto de protección indicados en este Decreto Ley, sin el cumplimiento previo de los procedimientos especiales establecidos, para tales efectos, en el presente Decreto-Ley.
