Article 55 - Illicit immigration

(Unofficial translation) Anyone who promotes or facilitates by any means the illegal immigration of foreigners to the territory of the Republic, will be punished with a prison sentence of four (4) to eight (8) years.

El que promoviere o favoreciere por cualquier medio la inmigración ilícita de extranjeros y extranjeras al territorio de la República, será castigado con pena de prisión de cuatro (4) a ocho (8) años.
