Description

This Instruction defines the procedure related to applications for refugee status, additional protection, or asylum in the Republic of Belarus. The Resolution also cover applications for the extension of the period of additional protection in the Republic of Belarus, applications for assistance in family reunification of foreign nationals or stateless persons who have been granted refugee status, additional protection, or asylum in the country.
