Description

This Law defines the grounds and procedure of granting of refugee status, complementary protection, asylum and temporary protection to foreign citizens and stateless persons, the grounds for loss of refugee status, complementary protection and asylum, the grounds for cancellation of refugee status or complementary protection, the grounds for revocation of asylum, as well as institutes legal, economic and social guarantees of protection of rights and legal interests of foreigners applying for refugee status, complementary protection or asylum.
