Description

The Regulations establishes the rules and procedures needed to implement the Immigration Act 2012. They define how various classes of visas—ranging from visitor and business visas to employment, investor, family-relationship, student, special-purpose, refugee, and protection visas—are to be applied for, granted, and managed. They also set out the conditions under which non-citizens may enter, remain in, or depart the country.
