Description

This law establishes the legal framework for international protection in North Macedonia by setting out who may apply for and be granted asylum or temporary protection, the procedures for determining, renewing, suspending or terminating that status, and the rights and duties of both applicants and beneficiaries—whether they hold refugee status, subsidiary protection or temporary protection.
