Description

This Agreement between the Governments of the Republic of Moldova and Romania establishes a reciprocal framework to combat irregular migration by defining the terms, procedures and responsibilities for readmitting foreigners who have entered or are staying irregularly on each other’s territory, including provisions on proof of citizenship, exceptions, transit arrangements, costs and the cooperation mechanisms of their competent authorities.
