Description
The Immigration (Refugee and Protection Status Processing) Regulations 2010 are made under sections 400 and 403 of New Zealand’s Immigration Act 2009. Their purpose is to translate the Act’s high-level mandates into binding procedure for handling refugee and protection status claims.
