Description

The Decree No. 2011-119/PRES/PM/MAECR of March 10, 2011 sets the application procedures for the Law No. 042-2008/AN of October 23, 2008, which concerns the status of refugees in Burkina Faso. It specifies the administrative procedures related to the determination of refugee status, appeals, withdrawal, annulment, cessation, and the closure of cases.
