This is the Decree on the Methods and Conditions for Ensuring the Rights of Applicants for International Protection, Official Gazette of RS, No. 173/21). It implements Slovenia’s Asylum Act by detailing how the state guarantees core rights to asylum seekers. It sets out procedures for registering and housing applicants in reception centres, identifies special measures for vulnerable individuals (e.g., medical, psychological, and material support), and defines eligibility for benefits such as food, clothing, hygiene supplies, emergency medical treatment, education, and access to the labour market.
