This is the Decree on the Methods and Conditions for Ensuring the Rights of Persons with International Protection. This regulation specifies how Slovenia implements the rights of refugees and beneficiaries of subsidiary protection. It defines the procedures for issuing and renewing residence permits, enrolling beneficiaries in integration contracts (including language and civic‐culture courses), arranging temporary or private accommodation (with cost‐sharing rules), and granting financial assistance for housing.
