This is the International Protection Act, Official Gazette of RS, No. 16/17 and subsequent amendments. It establishes Slovenia’s full asylum and international protection framework by defining core principles and procedural guarantees, the criteria and steps for granting, extending, or withdrawing refugee and subsidiary‐protection status, and the scope of rights and obligations for asylum seekers and those granted protection.
