Description

The Presidential Decree establishes the regulations governing the procedures for the recognition and revocation of international protection, in accordance with Article 38, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree No. 25 of January 28, 2008. This decree provides a detailed framework for the procedural steps to be followed by authorities when assessing applications for international protection, as well as the circumstances under which such protection may be withdrawn.
