This agreement outlines the framework for enhanced cooperation between the two countries, focusing on the regulation of migration flows.  The protocol establishes joint measures for monitoring migration, including information sharing, coordinated border management, and the implementation of return and readmission procedures for individuals who do not meet the criteria for legal stay in either country.
