Description

This is the policy‐level companion to the Aliens Decree that fleshes out how the Netherlands handles all phases of the asylum process. Its scope and purpose are to translate statutory articles (29–37 of the Aliens Act and 3.107b–3.121 of the Aliens Decree) into binding guidelines for the Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND), border authorities (KMar/AVIM) and other stakeholders.
