The Alien Regulations is the detailed implementing regulation for the Dutch Aliens Decree (“Vreemdelingenbesluit 2000”). Its scope and purpose are to translate the broad rules of the Aliens Act and Decree into concrete procedures, forms and powers across the entire migration process.
