Description

This Decree establishes the detailed methodological norms for implementing Law No 122/2006 on asylum in Romania, defining the rights and obligations of asylum seekers and persons granted protection, the procedures for receiving, registering and deciding applications, the rules for issuance, withdrawal and annulment of protection status, and the accompanying support and integration measures.
